DELIVERY BY A-POST IN SWITZERLAND, FR.12,- per item

DELIVERY BY SWISS POST ABROAD, FR.26,- per item

Purchased items, which we have currently on stock will be delivered within 3-5 working days, excluding Public and School holidays, and in situations beyond our control, like road blocks or post strikes etc.

Special orders of personalized products or standard items but currently out of stock, will be delivered to the customer within 5-8 weeks. 

Corporate orders will be delivered according to the conditions of the contract.

Customers will be informed about any delays in deliveries.

RETURNS

Please, chose your bags carefully and thoughtfully. 

By principle, we do not accept returns, however if it's inevitable it can be done within two weeks from the purchase date. 

Any costs related to postage will be charged to the customer.
